1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 9bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or makes use of any service offered via the 9bdt website and platform. The Terms form a legally binding agreement. Access to or use of 9bdt constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

9bdt reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address on their account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The date shown at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete legal agreement between you and 9bdt.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use 9bdt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally.
• You are the legal owner of the payment method(s) you use to make deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladesh bank account registered in your name.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or business entity when placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of a 9bdt employee or contractor.
• You do not have an existing 9bdt account that has been suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not self-excluded from 9bdt or any other online gambling platform under a voluntary self-exclusion programme that applies to you.

9bdt requires identity verification via National ID (NID) or a valid passport before processing a user's first withdrawal. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending further review. Any funds held in an account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

We reserve the right to request additional documentary evidence of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 9bdt. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened under your personal details without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date. 9bdt is not liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate account details provided by the user.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9bdt will never ask you for your password via any channel.

In the event of unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 9bdt immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. 9bdt will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your 9bdt account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled at the applicable odds before the closure is finalised. Remaining verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time. Accounts may also be closed by 9bdt at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

9bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Internet Banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

Deposits

The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 9bdt wallet within 30 seconds of successful payment authorisation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard business hours. 9bdt does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard charges, which are outside 9bdt's control.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 9bdt does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account will be reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1 to 3 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on standard business days. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.

First-time withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You will be required to submit a copy of your National ID (NID) or valid passport. Verification is a one-time process; once approved, subsequent withdrawals are not subject to re-verification unless account details change or our compliance team identifies a specific reason for review.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 9bdt are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the event and market type selected. General rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the platform. Odds may change between the time you initiate a bet slip and the time you confirm it; the odds at confirmation are binding.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended at any time at 9bdt's discretion, particularly following significant match events such as wickets, boundaries, penalties, or injury stoppages.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the scheduled completion criteria for the relevant market are met, bets will be settled according to the market-specific rules for that situation. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be returned.
• 9bdt reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined, if such bets were placed due to a system error or data feed delay.
• Maximum payout limits per market and per event apply. These are displayed within the relevant betting market on the platform.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket is 9bdt's primary betting market, covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. The following specific rules apply:

• Match Winner: Settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Super Overs are included in match result settlement.
• Over/Under Totals: Settled on the official total runs scored in the specified innings or period. Rain-reduced matches (DLS method) will be settled on the DLS-adjusted target where applicable.
• Top Batsman / Top Wicket Taker: Settled on the player with the highest individual tally in the specified innings. Dead-heat rules apply in the event of a tie.
• BPL matches are subject to BPL-specific scheduling rules. Night matches played under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are covered live on 9bdt.

Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games offered on 9bdt — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the individual game as set by the respective game provider. 9bdt acts as the distribution platform; game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the game providers.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. It is the player's responsibility to review the game-specific paytable and rules before wagering real BDT. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Money laundering — using the 9bdt platform to process, conceal, or convert funds derived from illegal activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are denominated in BDT. Participation in any bonus or promotional offer is subject to the specific terms attached to that offer, which will be clearly published on the relevant promotion page.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible game types will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain slots, and table games may contribute at a different rate than standard sports bets. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time, unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: 9bdt reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds and void any winnings derived from bonus funds if we determine that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, using multiple accounts, or in contravention of the specific promotion terms.

Seasonal Promotions

9bdt runs seasonal promotions tied to major cultural and sporting events in Bangladesh, including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. 7 Responsible Gaming

9bdt is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable entertainment environment for all adult players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. Our responsible gaming tools are designed to help every player maintain control over their activity.

As a condition of continued account access, all players agree to use the platform responsibly and to make use of the available player-protection tools if they identify signs of problem gambling in their own behaviour. 8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 9bdt platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, data feeds, odds compilations, promotional materials, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of 9bdt or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9bdt platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content from the 9bdt platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, translate, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform or its software.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract odds data, game statistics, or other structured content from the platform.
• Use the 9bdt brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 9bdt intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9bdt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, platform downtime, or data feed errors beyond 9bdt's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any financial loss resulting from decisions made in reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform.
• Indirect losses arising from service interruption during high-traffic events such as BPL finals, IPL knockouts, or T20 World Cup matches.
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by circumstances outside 9bdt's direct control, including payment provider outages or bank-imposed processing windows.

9bdt's total aggregate liability to any individual user under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to 9bdt in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation reflects the nature of the platform as an entertainment service and not a financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 9bdt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Platform Availability

9bdt operates a target platform uptime of 99.9%. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (which will be announced in advance where possible), emergency technical work, or causes beyond 9bdt's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events. 9bdt is not liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability resulting from such causes.

10 Amendments & Termination

Amendments

9bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address held on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect (except where urgent amendment is required for legal or security reasons, in which case changes may take effect immediately). The "Effective" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of 9bdt following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Termination by 9bdt

9bdt may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We determine that you have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• We identify fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account activity triggers a legal or regulatory compliance review that requires suspension pending investigation.
• You are found to be under the age of 18.

In cases of termination for breach, 9bdt reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a breach, forfeiture of the relevant balance may apply. Where no breach is confirmed, remaining verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 9bdt's operating entity. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 9bdt's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
